Missing money and all items in storage

Hi I was wondering whom I contact or how I get help for my missing silver and items. I logged in Via Steam as per normal today after the patch yesterday. I couldn't access anything in the game. Ran file scans and fixed the issue. Once I was able to get in again I went to my storage and it was empty as well as the 5 Million + Silver I had in it. Also my Items I had sold I left and I had well ov er 500 or more Million sitting there to collect and it's not therte either. My warehouse items and money is still all there just not anywhere else. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can try to restart the game. Or clear cache. If it won't work, please contact official support via ticket.

I done all this thankyou. I had to relog a few times after the patch as I couldn't even talk to anyone in game also could not get on my mount. I ran a file check through Steam and it had to d/load another 1.6 gig then the loader updated a second time. After this I was able to access everything including getting on my mount.
