A member of my clan can't log in to the website or the client since the Feb. 26 10:00 (UTC) maintenance, so they're missing out on the codes and attendance rewards. Even though they've said in the announcements that the login problem had been solved, just wanted to mention that it's still an issue for some players.

Why all the sass? We're trying to help a friend who can't access the game or the website and every ticket then send detailing the problem gets an automated response that doesn't address the issue they are having. Is there another way to bring attention to this issue? If so please tell us!

Ahem. I cant login currently. I used a facebook login to create my Pearl Abyss account and now I get an error "You cannot sign up if there is a publisher servicing the game in the region that you reside in" when i click the facebook login now. I have sent in multiple tickets with no response and I have no idea what to do now. I can log into the site, but not the game. And when I try to reset password I never get an email even tho the site has all my account info. Any ideas?

Please get off your high horse, multiple people are experiencing corrupted installations, website, and account transfer issues. I for one have multiple logs with 30+ errors, sent error reports through the launcher, opened tickets as recommend, still no peep from PA.
Something tells me you are projecting who the real rumor makers are...
Before you complain, I played just fine on Kakao client, during the opening of seasonal channels, on the same hardware and I have less software bloat now, explain that good sir.
Thanks SquirrelMaster for trying to alert PA about some player's inability to log into the game or the website. Since we are in the same guild and both know the player who is having this issue, I thought I'd back you up! It is our youngest guild member "LordFang", who has been with BD for over a year. Lordfang cannot log into the webste, so cannot post an official ticket. Instead he has to use a guest ticket. At this point it has been 40 hours since Fang was last able to login to the game or website. He finally got a rsponse from PA this morning via email saying that the most common reason for not being able to login is becuase of caps being used in the email address. So Fang took screenshots of his email and unhidden password being rejected by the game... plus of the numerous varification emails from being locked out of the login... he attached these to a Guest ticket to prove that he was indeed using the right email and password. He hasn't gotten a reply yet. In the meantime his gardens are about to be pulled and he cannot claim his loyality rewards or time sensitive code rewards. Plus the quests that we all do together are on hold, as we wait for him to step back into the world of BDO.
So he is already in contact with the support, but SquirrelMaster opens additional tickets for the same issue and account. It's a misuse of the bug reporting if you increase the pressure by firing multiple tickets for the same issue.
Did you read the info in the header, that exploiting that system can lead to a ban ?
I understand that you wanna help your friend, but you are wrong if you think that allows everything.
SquirrelMaster never opened additional tickets for LordFang. SquirrelMaster only posted the above post...nothing else as he was concerned that other adventures' might be having the same problem. Only LordFang himself has opened a ticket. So NO Abuse was used in anyway.
Yes others including myself can not log on. I have sent in two tickets. It is the most frustrating thing to go through. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and tried allowing the game through my firewall. Still where the game does not load properly or sustain a log in.
