Im not able to claim the reward for killing Dastard Behg. This is annoying and keeping me from getting the other rewards. Already reported an inquiry in last Thursday with no reacction at all...
Service is lacking severely.
Right now Im already level 51 thus way beyond killing this altar imp Begh, and at the same time totally locked out of all the other rewards.
And no, getting the scroll to kill him again (getting the title Dastard Bheg Champion) does not give the reward either.
Pearl Abyss: get your stuff fixed. This is annoying.

Have you chatted to your black spirit? Are you doing the story quests or did you take the new option to skip the story?

Yes. I've been doing the story quest lines, the black spirit quests and so on. Right now, like I said, I've progressed beyond level 51 with doing quests like that.
I did kill Behg at the imp altar, this was last Tuesday, but BDO disconnected on me and apparently didnt register it as completed for the seasonal reward.

Then the only thing you can do is put in a ticket and wait. You will rarely if ever get a response from an official on this forum.

Just try to kill the Dark Rift Dastard Bheg. Maybe it´s bugged somehow. If you haven´t tried that one yet. Maybe it works.

Form a party with someone who still has to kill bheg for the mainquest and kill him together (you have to hit him atleast once).
This should solve your problem.

I just had a good look at your screen shot and your problem is that you have not clicked on and accepted the reward prior to the bheg one.

Then you did not look correctly. The quest above called "Don't be imp-polite with Me" has actually been claimed - as seen by the icon (the black spirit) directly next to the text, just as the one above.
