Ever since the transfer and the new anti-cheat/client, there's been a consistent issue I've encountered where many programs experience slow loading times after BDO has been open for a while. The issue is fixed upon a full restart of the computer, but otherwise even re-opening BDO does nothing.
Symptom: After a certain while, actions like opening links from discord, opening various browers or applications (like calculator) are EXTREMELY slow. I'm talking from instantly to like 5 second click-to-open times.
Specs: Windows 10, 5600x, RTX 3080, 32GB RAM
As this thread was moved to community support, I would note that I am not the only one experiencing this.

I didn't create this thread. I think, unfortunately, the new forums has been somewhat unpopular compared to the old one and issues don't get the exposure they deserve.
I've experienced slow down in the game not outside. Loading into it, switching characters takes up to 1 minute each time, and then when loaded NPCs can take 30+seconds to load in.

This honestly sounds like an issue in Windows' Memory Management , which is probably due to a half-baked Windows' Update from Microsoft. There were a lot of updates the past couple months that had a lot of various side-effects for many users.
Make sure your Window's is fully updated with *all* the latest updates, and if at last-nuclear-resort, try a Fresh Windows installation (meaning a complete reinstall from a USB Key, not a "Refresh Windows" from the settings panel..... there's a big difference in those two)
