Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

I bought BDO a long time ago and only played a couple of hours. I downloaded it again yesterday, and when trying to log in today, I get the error message: "You cannot connect to the game right now.". I don't get further information and cannot find any. I did the account transfer earlier during the day, and received a email from Kakao saying "Your Black Desert Online account transfer registration has been completed.
The transfer will be completed on February 24, 2021.", which is a date prior my request and long overdue. So currently I cannot play the game without any idea why or how to fix it.

I obviously contacted the support, but since they haven't replied yet, I'd like to know if anyone could at least tell me from what it's due, since I am completely in the dark right now.

Have you since the transfer logged into the pearl abyss account and completed the transfer? It is a three step thing and after getting the email you need to log in with the new password you created for the transfer not your old account password.

(Steam Version) Yeah i have transferred my account few days ago but still im gettin error message, somebody told me if i have completed my application i should just enter the game but i think maybe i have to wait more days ? (im checking my email everyday, by the way when im trying to open "my game info" in my profile im gettin message "This profile does not exist" why ?)
