Despite his appearances, Deve is one of the sweetest NPC’s in Black Desert Online. There are many storage keepers who complain about being disturbed, devalue the worth of the items you store, nearly forget where your stored items are, or are pretty suspicious in general-- I’m looking at you Amerigo. Deve is the sole person who asks adventurers to store more than items, but woes as well; and for that he is my favorite NPC!
