Has anyone with ryzen been having really low fps issues since transfer as well? Are there any tips on how to fix the 90-100 frame loss, not able to really grind or use skills in areas due to it.

Have you cehcked the optimisation settings in the game settings? Perhaps low power is turned on.
Its turned off. I'm running same settings as before just dont know what to do now lol. When using skills dips down to 16 fps so will probably put the game on hold till a patch comes out because theres alot of people with the same issue.
Intel here and performance has gone down significantly since this update. What has changed?
EAC blocks setting core affinity on bdo now, with older ryzen models this is pretty rough, hopefully we find a fix/workaround

About that:
You can't set core affinity through the client process anymore. (BlackDesert64.exe)
Instead you have to do it for the laucher process. (BlackDesertPatcher32.pae)
After you do, you have to shutdown both the game and the launcher and start it again.
This will set the set the core affinity for the client.
You can also change the priority class by adding an additional registry entry.
So to set core affinity, priority class follow these steps:
-
Go under "Main" and enable "SmartTrim", "Perfomance Mode" and set "Active Power Profile" to either "High Performance" or "Bitsum Highest Performance".
-
Open the BDO Launcher and set the core affinity of "BlackDesertPatcher32.exe" according to your CPU. It only applies while the game is closed.
-
Set the priority of "BlackDesert64.exe" to High. To do this:
-
Open Registry Editor.
-
Go to
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
. -
Right-click on the folder "
Image File Execution Options
" and create > New > Key > Name it "BlackDesert64.exe
". -
Right-click on the "
BlackDesert64.exe
" and create > New > Key > Name it "PerfOptions
". -
Right-click on "
PerfOptions
" and create New > DWORD (32 bit) > Name it "CpuPriorityClass
". -
Change the value of "
CpuPriorityClass
" to 3.
-
Once the game is open, find "CoherentUI_Host.exe", set the priority to the lowest and set the core affinity accordingly.
Hope it will help =)

Thx a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sadly after following reddit guide and doing the above it only gave about 5 more fps. So sitting at average 45-50 now which is way better than 20. Just wish the game would run as good as it did before the transfer Idk what changed
