The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

During this maintenance, in-game Chat Groups will be temporarily disabled.

- December 16, 2022 (Fri) 10:20 - (UTC) approximately 30 minutes
- December 16, 2022 (Fri) 11:20 - (CET) approximately 30 minutes
- December 16, 2022 (Fri) 02:20 - (PST) approximately 30 minutes
- December 16, 2022 (Fri) 05:20 - (EST) approximately 30 minutes

Maintenance Reason:

- Chat Group stabilization and maximum Chat Group capacity expansion.

Maintenance Impact:

- Unable to join and chat on in-game Chat Group.

* Additional Notices

- Once maintenance begins, you will be disconnected from the Chat Group server. Even if you are already in the Chat Group, you will not be able to chat.

- The maintenance schedule and details stated above are subject to change at any time. Any changes will be announced as an update via this notice.

-During the maintenance, the in-game Chat Group service will be temporarily disabled; all other services besides the in-game Chat Group will be available.
