We want to update you now that we have finished reviewing the data related to the Progression Pass rewards issue, which sporadically affected certain Adventurers. As previously announced, we have completed the withdrawal of the additionally received rewards as follows.

However, Storage Expansion Coupons obtained from the Custom Storage Box will be processed as follows before the maintenance on November 10 (Wed).

We discovered an issue with the Progression Pass where it was possible to claim the objective and completion rewards in the Progression Pass more than once.

Although this issue was fixed during the maintenance on October 27 (Wed), we are currently reviewing the related data and game logs, and we will be notifying Adventurers who received additional rewards by in-game mail. Afterward, the additional rewards will be withdrawn during the maintenance on November 3 (Wed).

If any of the additionally received rewards are already used or cannot be withdrawn, the item’s value in silver will be deducted in place of the used item(s). We ask for your cooperation in not using any of the affected rewards if you are contacted by in-game mail.
