Greetings Adventurers,

After the March 3 (Wed) maintenance, there was an error in the Central Market patching process where data from a different service region was improperly applied to the Central Market, resulting in the value of certain Pearl items being displayed erroneously on the Central Market and registrations of the Value Pack being unavailable. Immediately after discovering this issue, we placed the Central Market under maintenance to resolve it. Unfortunately, certain Adventurers purchased or sold Pearl items on the Central Market at abnormal prices before this maintenance took place.

As these prices were not an intended part of the update, we have taken the steps to retrieve the purchased items affected by the issue and return the silver.

We would also like to take this chance to apologize to the Adventurers who were disconnected from the game during the item retrieval process.

Please refer below for the full details.

■ If the items purchased at abnormal prices are still in possession:

- All affected items retrieved.

- The silver used to purchase the affected items sent to in-game mailbox (B).

- Any crystals transfused on the affected items will be sent to in-game mailbox during the March 10 (Wed) maintenance.

■ If only some of the items purchased at abnormal prices are still in possession:

- The difference in the abnormal price and current price sent to in-game mailbox (B).

■ If items were sold at abnormal prices (Will be processed in the future):

- Silver equal to the abnormal sale will be deducted.

- If the affected item was purchased with Pearls, Pearls equal to the amount used to purchase it will be to the in-game mailbox (B).

- If the affected item was not purchased with Pearls, the item itself will be sent to the in-game mailbox (B).

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue. We will work harder to provide a better and more stable service.
