1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Greetings Adventurers,


There was an issue where certain Adventurers were not able to receive items from Web Storage due to network instability.


Any items that Adventurers were not able to receive from Web Storage will be sent via in-game mail (B) during the maintenance on April 14th, 2021.
