As announced yesterday, we took action against accounts that were improperly unrestricted due to a system error on the part of Kakao Games. However, we discovered an additional problem that resulted in certain accounts being incorrectly restricted. After we discovered this issue, we removed the game restrictions imposed on these incorrectly restricted accounts as of March 2 (Tue) 02:48 (UTC).
Please be aware that accounts that were permanently restricted by Kakao Games will remain permanently restricted, and any transactions that were made on these accounts after signing up for a Pearl Abyss account have been refunded.
As for the 8 total accounts that were incorrectly restricted but also had their transactions refunded as a result of the process stated above, we’re currently taking the necessary follow-up steps in order to lift the game restrictions.
Both accounts that will remain permanently restricted and accounts that are temporarily restricted will receive further information by email.

As stated in our [Game Data Transfer Registration FAQ and Key Information] notice, accounts restricted by Kakao Games will continue to be restricted with Pearl Abyss even after the transfer.
However, due to a system error on Kakao's end, we discovered cases where some of the necessary account restrictions were not implemented, resulting in these accounts being able to access the game.
Thus, we will be taking the following action for these accounts:

- Restriction Details: Permanent restrictions for violations of the Terms and Conditions.

NA: 271 accounts
EU: 170 accounts
If you purchased Acoin and package/bundle purchases on a restricted account, you will receive a full refund through the payment system from which the payment was made. Refunds will take approximately 7 days.
