Greetings, Adventurers. 

During the Feb 6, 2025 (Thu) maintenance, we resolved an issue in which, under certain conditions, an abnormally high amount of Trading EXP was obtained when selling the below trade items. 

- Affected Trade Items: Magical Mandragora, Witch's Poison Herb, Saffron with Strong Scent, Fantastic Blue Rose, Moonlit Evening Primrose, Medicinal Autumn Bellflower 

Subsequently, we conducted an investigation across all regions for any abuse. In accordance with our operational policy, the following actions were taken:

• Action 1: Trading levels and EXP have been recalibrated to their proper values.
• Action 2: Silver acquired in excess from trade item sales prior to the recalibration has been confiscated.
• Action 3: A 30-day suspension from game access

• Affected Adventurers:
  • NA: 12
  • EU: 18

During the investigation, it was further confirmed that, although not as significantly as when selling the aforementioned six trade items, additional Trading EXP was acquired in certain situations when selling trade items. Accordingly, we have also adjusted Trading EXP for some adventurers affected by this issue. 

 
Please note that the recalibration was performed with consideration given to the possibility that multiple EXP buffs may have been active at the time of sale. 

* Affected adventurers whose Trading EXP has been successfully adjusted were also notified via in-game Mail (B).

Engaging in activities that exploit the game for profit through abnormal means and thereby causing harm to other Adventurers who play the game normally is an act that undermines a fair and healthy gaming culture. Such actions may lead to game access restrictions or other measures in accordance with our operational policy. 

Additionally, records of gameplay, including abnormal play, are stored in our database. If you encounter any issues within the game, we urge you to report them to Support instead of exploiting them.  

Black Desert will strive to ensure that all Adventurers can enjoy the game in a fair and healthy manner.
