Guild Recruitment Campaign
With the start of the Summer Season and the release of Corsair, we’ve heard the news that many new and returning Adventurers are now adventuring in the Black Desert world.
Of course, we can’t let such news just pass us by! That’s why we’re starting the Guild Recruitment Campaign to help these new and returning Adventurers get the support they need!

Campaign Details
① If you are a guild looking to recruit new/returning Adventurers, introduce your guild to prospective members with the in-game Guild (G) → Guild Intro

② After you’ve finished your guild intro, post your guild recruitment notice!
▲ From the Guild (G) menu → Click the Guild Recruitment Notice icon!
▲ Select your guild “type” and post it! You can click “Notice List” to see the recruitment posts.
▲ Make sure to check if your recruitment post is properly listed on the guild list in the “Recruit Guild Member” menu!
③ Once you’ve finished the steps above, follow the format below and upload a post advertising your guild on the Black Desert website’s [Community] → [Guilds & Friends] forum.
Required Post Format
- Your post’s title must start with [Server][Recruit] (Required)
- Include an image of your guild intro page! (Required)
- Include a simple description of the advantages and/or special benefits that a new/returning Adventurer can expect by joining!
- Feel free to include any other promotional images and/or videos!
④ Guilds selected for the event will be categorized as a “Progression Guild” and receive a special benefit.

| Up to 20 Selected Guilds | From July 21 28, 2021 (Wed) after maintenance – August 11 18, 2021 (Wed) before maintenance, 3 of the selected guilds will be pinned at the top of the guild recruitment screen. |
* Guilds that do not sign up new/returning Adventurers or have any activity for 2 weeks after the guild selections will be excluded from the benefit.
* If your guild changes guild type (Combat, Life, Sailing, Adventure) after being selected, your guild may not appear properly at the top of the guild recruitment screen as your guild type was changed. (Updated)
What Should Selected Guilds Be Doing?
- Be welcoming to new/returning Adventurers to help them.
- Try out a variety of party & guild content with the new/returning Adventurers.
- Enjoying the Red Battlefield and Node Wars together is also a plus!
- Avoid any conduct or behavior that may violate the Operational Policy/Event Rules! Any rule-breaking guilds will be disqualified!
Not Sure How to Join a Guild?
- Joining a guild that fits your gameplay style allows you to enjoy better adventures in Black Desert!
① Press (G) on your keyboard to open the “Recruit Guild Member” window.
- You only view this window when you’re not in a guild.
② Use the Combat, Life, Sailing, and Adventure categories to find a guild that fits you best.
③ Press the “Join” button for the guild you want to apply for!

- Guild skills that boost a variety of stats! - Node War & Conquest War! - Try the guild exclusive boss raids! - And of course, meeting other Adventurers who you can enjoy playing Black Desert with! |

- You will not be eligible for the event if your post’s title does not start with [Mine].
- If necessary, the selection announcement will be provided on the official website on July 20 27, 2021 (Tue). However, Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change this schedule depending on the circumstances.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to the ownership of adaptation rights for all screenshots, videos, and all other content submitted for this event. Pearl Abyss may also use these contents at its own discretion for promotional purposes without restrictions to time or location.
- You will not be eligible for the event if you use someone else’s screenshots to participate in the event.
- The number of selected guilds is subject to change depending on the number of event participants.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
