We want to inform you about the upcoming changes and amendments to Black Desert’s Operational Policy. 

Please carefully read the changes to the Operational Policy to avoid any inconvenience to your gameplay. You can refer to existing and new versions of the Operational Policy below.  

1. Amended Policy

2. Effective Date 

- The amended Operational Policy shall enter into force from August 27, 2021 (Fri).  

- The existing Operational Policy will be applicable until the date above.

3. Questions and Appeals  

* If you do not reject the amended Black Desert Operational Policy by the effective date of August 27, 2021 (Fri), you will be deemed as consenting to all changes.

* If you do not agree to the changes made to the Black Desert Operational Policy, you may apply for 'account deletion' or demur through [Support]. Please note that deleting your account means all your game data, including characters, items, etc., will be erased and any deleted game data cannot be restored.
