Investigation Results Regarding the Blockage of Certain Item Enhancements

Greetings, Adventurers.
As previously announced in the [Blockage of Certain Item Enhancements] notice, there was an issue, which was fixed on January 27 (Wed), where the increased enhancement chances were higher than intended when attempting to enhance reformed belts (Tidal/Nightfallen) at a specific increased enhancement chance (stack) or higher.
We have completed our investigation of the affected time period and would like to share the results of our investigation.
