- Imperial Delivery can be done through the Stable Keeper NPCs in each major town/city. Once you’re at a stable, all you have to do is click on the horse you’ll turn in, and click “Imperial Horse Delivery.” The sales price will depend on your mount’s tier, level, and skills. Keep in mind that your mount has to be level 15 or higher to be eligible for Imperial Horse Delivery!

2. The Perfect Horse for Imperial Delivery

① Turn in horses that are level 15 or higher for Imperial Horse Delivery to obtain “[Event] Imperial Training Delivery Invoices.”

- If you have a horse that is level 15 or higher, you can turn it for Imperial Horse Delivery through the Stable Keeper NPC of each town.
