Do you have what it takes to rise out of the flames of battle victorious and take the throne? Then prove to the rest of the world that you are truly the best Drakania player. To celebrate the release of Awakening, we're excited to announce the open invitational Tournament for Drakania, and we can't wait to see you fight for your glory. Will you join the other renowned Adventurers that have won it all, or will you crumble under the pressure of the Arena?

Drakania Open Tournament Schedule

The goal of this tournament is to determine who's the best Drakania by having Adventurers of the same class compete against each other. The Tournament takes place over a single day starting with the round of 64.

* Match times and a complete schedule will be announced at a later date.

* The schedules of matches may be changed, modified or cancelled.

* The tournament will be streamed on the official Black Desert Twitch channel. A detailed streaming schedule will be announced at a later date.

* Tournament Organizers will share schedule updates via the Tournament Discord

You must submit an entry form to qualify as a participant.

Please make sure the Family and Character information you have entered is correct.

Tournament Entry Conditions

Character must be a Trial Drakania and

Participants must join the [Discord] listed on the Google Form

* You will only be able to enter with one class. In case of duplicate entries, your latest submission will be entered.

* If there is a discrepancy from the entry form and actual in-game information, you will be disqualified from participating in the tournament. Please be sure to enter the correct information.

* Signup doesn’t guarantee participation
- You must create a new Drakania trial character after the maintenance on July 27 to be able to learn Awakening skills. (Added)

Drakania Open Tournament - Progress Guide

Round of 64, 32, 16, and 8	1 vs 1	Best of Three
Semifinals, Finals	1 vs 1	Best of Five

- If there is an odd number of participants, a random participant will receive a bye.

* The matches will be played in accordance with [2022 Drakania Open Ruleset].

* Matches will last for 3 minutes, against an opponent of the same class

* Before each match, the loading screen will appear 2 times to reset the Black Spirit's Rage.

* When the match starts, you must move out of the arena's gate within 10 seconds to proceed with the match.

* After 10 seconds, the arena’s gate will automatically close, and you will not be able to proceed with the match.

* When you enter the Arena of Arsha, buffs from elixirs, food, scrolls, etc. will be removed.

* During a match you will only be able to use [Battlefield] potions, Ornette’s Spirit Essence, and Odore’s Spirit Essence

Failure to follow the rules below may result in disqualification from the tournament, or loss of a match.

2022 Drakania Open Tournament Rules

* Participants must show up at scheduled time and do not intentionally leave or disconnect during a match.

* Participants must not change their family name and character name during the tournament (From tournament start date to tournament end date).

* Participants’ family name or character name must not violate the [Black Desert Operational Policy].

* Participants must not deliberately interfere with the opponent's match.

* Participants must follow [Host] instructions for a fair match.

* Participants must not have another player participate in the tournament on their behalf.

* Participants must not deliberately induce a draw/not actively participate in the match.

* Participants must not violate [2022 Drakania Open Ruleset].

* Participants’ account must not have been restricted or violated of the [Black Desert Operational Policy].

* Participants must not participate in a match in an unusual way under the [Black Desert Event Rules].

(Action may be taken in accordance with the [Black Desert Operational Policy]).

* Participants must not participate in a match in an inappropriate way other than the intended in-game method of progressing the game as described.

(The criteria for improper participation methods are determined by [Hosts] and participants may be disqualified based on the results of the investigation).
