We have identified the cause of the issue where Adventurers are unable to connect and are stuck on the "Now Processing" message.
We have confirmed that certain users who experienced the issue have accessed the game by restarting the client and reconnecting.
However, we are still in the process of resolving the problem, and we are focusing on this as our top priority.
We apologize to the Adventurers who have been patiently waiting to start the game and we will update you in this notice after the fix has been completed.

Due to the enormous number of simultaneous login attempts during the server opening, there is an issue where certain Adventurers are unable to login to Black Desert Online or access the official website.
