First off, we want to apologize for all the inconveniences and disappointment caused by login (processing) issues on the long-awaited first day of service transfer to Pearl Abyss.
The login issues were caused by the sudden influx of Adventurers after the opening of servers. We’ve investigated potential causes and made improvements; thus, this issue should be resolved as of this time (07:00 UTC).
Once again, we sincerely apologize to our Adventurers who not only endured a lengthy wait of the 37-hour long maintenance but also had to endure an additional 5 hours.
Besides the login issues, we’re currently investigating the additional issues that have been reported so far. If you encounter any other kind of issue, we ask that you contact us via Support Center to receive further assistance.
Additionally, we’ve prepared the following compensation as a token of our apology for the inconveniences caused.
