Greetings Adventurers,

 

There was a recent issue where three items were erroneously sent from Web Storages instead of the intended items. As such, we would like to provide you with more information regarding this case.

 

The three items involved:

[Dark Knight] New Year's Eve Hanbok Clothes

[Dark Knight] Ataraxia Gloves

[Dark Knight] Pila Fe Outlaw Outfit Set

 

Adventurers who used or sold some of the unintentionally sent items will have the equivalent amount of silver deducted from their Central Market warehouses. If there is not enough silver available, their warehouse's silver balance may go negative.

 

As for the Adventurer who initially reported the issue through our Support page and those who did not accept or use the items, we will be sending some gifts to show our gratitude.

 

Gifts for the Adventurer who first reported the issue:

- Value Pack (20 Days)

- Blessing of Kamasylve (20 Days)

- Secret Book of Old Moon (20 Days)

 

Gifts for the Adventurers who did not use or sell the items:

- Value Pack (7 Days)

- Blessing of Kamasylve (7 Days)

- Secret Book of Old Moon (7 Days)

Recently, we discovered cases where some items were unintentionally sent from the Web Storages of certain Adventurers to their in-game mailbox. We have since retrieved these incorrect items from the Adventurers' accounts.

 

In some cases, the items were already used or sold. We will be announcing information on how we plan to handle these cases in a future notice.

 

We will also be reorganizing and taking a closer look at our rewards process to prevent this problem from happening in the future.
