After the transfer of service for Black Desert Online, we have received a number of inquiries from Adventurers having unintentionally purchased Acoin on the wrong account.
Although all payments (excluding certain unused packages) are not normally refundable according to the Black Desert Online's Terms of Service [ARTICLE 19. REFUND/WITHDRAWAL OF ACOINS/PAID CONTENT] , we understand that Adventurers may be confused with the account transfer and have decided to temporarily support Acoin refunds as follows.
If you experiencing the issue described above, we ask that you carefully read the following details:

- Who is Eligible: Adventurers who unintentionally purchased Acoin on the wrong account
- Refund Period: Until June 30, 2021 23:59 (UTC)
- Limitations: Only 1 refund per account
- How to Apply for a Refund: Submit a ticket via [Black Desert Online Support > Payment > Acoin]
* Refunds for Acoin purchases will not be processed after the end of the refund period.
* Adventurers who have already applied for an Acoin refund through our Support will be processed in the order received as soon as the payment details are confirmed.
* Refunds will not be processed if the Acoin is already used.
