The Mythical Censer allows you to attempt to combine two Dream Horses into a Mythical Horse.
* The Dream Horse obtained from the Vipiko's Dreaming Horse will have all skills learned and mastered at level 1.
* If you use Reset Mount Growth on the Dream Horse obtained from the Vipiko's Dreaming Horse, its stats and level will be reset. However, all skills will remain learned and mastered.
