Greetings, Adventurers. 

  

We discovered an issue where the weekly Boss Blitz reward bundles from the Black Shrine were able to be claimed more than the intended number of times on July 16, 2023. You can find the full details regarding the issue and the corrective process below. 

Intended Specifications for Boss Blitz Rewards

    • Reward bundles can be only claimed once per clear, up to 5 clears per week.

Incorrect Specifications for Boss Blitz Rewards

    • Under certain circumstances during the specified time period, multiple reward bundles from the same clear could be received, regardless of the weekly clear count.

Who Process Details
Adventurers who claimed extra Boss Blitz Reward Bundles and did not open them Unopened bundles will be retrieved
Adventurers who claimed extra Boss Blitz Reward Bundles and opened them Silver in an amount appropriate to the value of the extra rewards will be retrieved
Affected Adventurers will be contacted via In-game Mail (B). Please refer to the information provided above.
