Greetings Adventurers,

Event Details

① Log in to [Prime Gaming]. 

* Don’t have a Prime Gaming account? Then consider trying out Prime! 


② Select Black Desert on the Prime Gaming official website. Then, click "Get Game" to receive a redeemable coupon code. 

 

③ Enter your coupon code on the Black Desert official website. 

* Coupons can only be redeemed once per family. 

* Even if you have multiple Prime Gaming accounts, you may only register one coupon for Black Desert. 


④ Check your in-game mail(B) to receive your reward items.

How to Redeem Coupons
There are 3 methods to redeem coupons for Black Desert.

① Black Desert Official Website
1. Go to the Black Desert Official Website, login to your account, and go to Shop → Redeem Coupon Code.

2. Enter the 16-digit coupon code, then select the family you wish to send the items to. Then click the use button to send the items from the coupon code to your account.
(Please review the notices written at the bottom of the page when using a coupon.)

② In-Game
1. In the ESC menu, select [Adventurer Support] (F11) → Redeem Coupon Code.
2. Enter the 16-digit coupon code in the window.

③ Black Desert+ App
1. Launch Black Desert+ App and enter coupon code in the [Coupon] menu.

2. Last step! Launch Black Desert, open your in-game mail (B), and claim the items! 

* If the items have not been sent to your in-game mail even though you have entered the correct code, try checking the [Web Storage] section on your profile from the official website. 

* If you can see the items stored in Web Storage, then the coupon has been successfully redeemed! 

* If you have successfully redeemed your coupon, you can claim your items.
