As a result, we reaffirm our commitment to investigating and sanctioning cases that undermine the integrity of Arena of Solare, including but not limited to griefing, boosting, and win-trading, to ensure a fair and competitive environment.

We understand concerns from Adventurers regarding actions taken against reported players. Our team has already taken disciplinary measures against confirmed offenders and continues to investigate reports of unsportsmanlike conduct. Cases that violate Black Desert's [Operational Policy], including those from Arena of Solare matches, have been and will continue to be thoroughly reviewed and appropriately sanctioned. These may include Arena of Solare participation restrictions and the removal of end-of-season rewards.

We encourage you, our Adventurers, to keep the competitive and community standards high, especially while participating in content such as the Arena of Solare. Together, we can strive toward establishing and maintaining the integrity of this competitive game mode which allows Adventurers to highlight their team coordination and individual skills.
