If you encounter this issue, please follow the steps below to ensure the integrity of the game files.
This should allow you to play the game normally.
How to verify the integrity of game files:
Steam Library → Right Click Black Desert → Properties → Local Files → Verify integrity of Game Files.
If you are unable to run the game even after verifying file integrity, please proceed to report the error through the launcher and send a ticket to [Support].
