Amendments to Pearl Abyss/Black Desert Terms and Policy

We plan to revise Pearl Abyss Terms of Service, Black Desert Terms of Service and Operational Policy as of April 30, 2025 (Wed) to provide a more pleasant environment and fair game service for all.

Operational Policy Revision

• Introduced the Loyalties Policy
- In conjunction with the previously announced overhaul of our Loyalties System, a new Loyalties Policy has been added to our Operational Policies. This policy outlines the terms for earning, using, expiring, and the limitations on Loyalties. Detailed guidance regarding these provisions will be provided in line with the Loyalties System overhaul schedule.
• Revised the "Item" and "Fairy" Categories in the Recovery Support Criteria
The recovery support criteria have been updated to reflect the volume of recovery requests received via our Support, including the exclusion of certain recovery services.
We hope you review the updated recovery support items and that these changes will not cause any inconvenience in your use of our services. We remain fully committed to improving your gaming experience.
