In case you are not familiar with Black Desert, here is some brief history about the game.

Development of Black Desert started in 2010 and the game was released in Korea in 2014.

North America and Europe followed soon after in 2016.

The game has now evolved into a world-class MMORPG that currently services twenty million Adventurers all over the world.

Now, let’s delve deeper into Black Desert!

④ Press the [PLAY] button to log-in to Black Desert and create a Family and Character to start your journey.

If you wish to start your journey from Steam

① Log-in to Steam.

② Search for Black Desert Online on Steam and download it.

③ Start Black Desert Online from your Library once the download is complete.

④ Press the [Start Game] button to view the Black Desert account registration page.

⑤ Register for an account and verify your email.

⑥ After logging into Black Desert, create a Family and Character to start your journey.

Request for Early Transfer

How’s your journey into Black Desert?

Here’s an important announcement!

Starting from February 24 (Wed) after maintenance, Black Desert will be serviced by Pearl Abyss. In order to continue your Black Desert adventure, you must request for an early transfer.

Adventurers who request for a transfer will receive special login rewards, buffs, and other generous gifts prepared for the start of Pearl Abyss self-publishing on February 24 (Wed).

For adventurers who downloaded the client from the Black Desert official website, select Kakaogames Account.

For adventurers who started Black Desert on Steam, select Steam Account.

Once you complete the early transfer request you can continue to enjoy Black Desert with Pearl Abyss self-publishing on February 24, 2021 while all the previous information is safely retained.

Please note that you can use the previously installed client without downloading a new client when Pearl Abyss self-publishing begins.
