Additional Notices 

- Submitted social media posts must be publicly viewable at the time of the winners announcement.   

- The winners announcement will be provided on the official website within 2 weeks after the end of the event. However, Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change this schedule depending on the circumstances. 

- If you are selected as an event winner, you will be contacted at the email address associated with your Black Desert account.   

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to the ownership of adaptation rights for all screenshots, videos, and all other content submitted for this event. Pearl Abyss may also use these contents at its own discretion for promotional purposes without restrictions to time or location. 

- You will not receive the event rewards if you use someone else’s screenshots to participate in the event.   

- The number of winners is subject to change depending on the number of event participants.   

- In the event the unit cost of the prize exceeds 50,000 KRW, Pearl Abyss will bear the cost of public taxes. If you fail to submit the documents necessary for the payment of public taxes, Pearl Abyss may be unable to deliver the event prizes. Pearl Abyss will contact you separately on how to submit the required documents. 

- Pearl Abyss shall receive the agreement of winners when collecting shipment information in order to deliver physical merchandise/goods. 

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change prizes with a different prize of similar value without prior notice. 

- If your account is restricted for a violation of the Operational Policy before the shipment of prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.
