Event Details

① Defeat monsters, gather, or fish during the event for a chance to obtain the item below!

Obtainable by Defeating Monsters, Gathering, or Fishing

[Event] Chromatic Key

* You cannot obtain the event item by Water Scooping, Digging with a Shovel, or Milking.

* The [Event] Chromatic Key can be sold to NPC Vendors for 100,000 silver.
* The [Event] Chromatic Key is an additionally dropped item and does not affect the drop rates of existing items. (Added)

Type of Activity	Details
Defeating Monsters	You have a chance to obtain the event item by defeating any of the monsters in the Black Desert world. However, be aware that if there is a big difference in levels between you and the monster, the chance will be lower.
Gathering	You have a chance to obtain the event item from one of the variety Gathering of activities (Lumbering, Fluid Collecting, Butchering, Tanning, etc.). However, be aware that you cannot obtain the event item from Water Scooping, Digging with a Shovel, or Milking.
Fishing	You can obtain the event item by fishing anywhere where fishing is possible. You’ll also be able to obtain the event item even through auto-fishing (regardless of fish grade setting), so don’t worry about throwing out the event items.

② Bring the [Event] Chromatic Key and interact (R) with the Treasure Chest that appears in Velia to open it.

③ You can obtain one of the following items by opening the “Treasure Chest.”

* The treasure chest and Slippery Scallywags will appear until the maintenance on February 23 (Wed). Please note that you will no longer be able to open the treasure chest with the [Event] Chromatic Key after this date!

* If you missed the chance to exchange your [Event] Chromatic Key before the event ended during the maintenance on February 23 (Wed), the Treasure Chest & Slippery Scallywags have been returned to Velia until the maintenance on March 2 (Wed). If you threw away or sold the [Event] Chromatic Key, you will receive them via in-game mail at a later date. (Added)

④ The items obtainable from the treasure chest can be sold to NPC Vendors.
