Notices May 31, 2023, 13:18 (UTC) Regarding the Abnormal Pricing of the Black Knight Outfit & Package
 
Greetings, Adventurers.  
  
We discovered an issue with the Black Knight outfit and package in which it was released at an abnormal pricing earlier than the intended schedule of May 31, 2023 (Wed). You can find the full details regarding this issue below.  
 

Black Knight Outfit & Package’s Intended Specifications 

    •  Availability Period: May 31 (Wed) after maintenance 
    • Pricing Details 
      • Black Knight Package: 2,720 Pearls 
      • Black Knight Outfit: 2,200 Pearls 

Incorrect Black Knight Outfit & Package Specifications 

    •  Availability Period: May 31, 2023 (Wed) 7:00 - 8:00 (UTC) 
    • Incorrect Pricing Details 
      • Black Knight Package: 640 Pearls 
      • Black Knight Outfit: 500 Pearls 
 
We would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by this issue. In consideration of Adventurers who did not purchase the products, we will be withdrawing the affected products from all Adventurers who purchased them. Please refer below for more information on how we will be handling these cases.  
 
 

How will we process affected Black Knight Outfits & Package?  

 
  • Details

Adventurers who did not open the Outfit Box

Product(s) withdrawn during the May 31 maintenance and Pearls will be refunded

Adventurers who have all parts of the purchased product(s) in their possession

Product(s) will be withdrawn and Pearls refunded

Adventurers who only have parts of the purchased product(s) in their possession

Parts of product(s) still in possession will be withdrawn, silver-value of missing parts will be withdrawn, and Pearls refunded

Adventurers who no longer have any parts of the purchased product(s)

Silver-value of missing parts withdrawn and Pearls refunded
* Adventurers who used discount coupons to purchase the affected products will be returned the coupons to the Coupon Book in the Pearl Shop (F3).  
* More details regarding when certain cases will be processed will be announced via this notice. 
* If you have already opened the Black Knight Outfit Set, we ask that you do not list any of the items (weapon, title, etc.) on the Central Market or extract them for Cron Stones/Valks’ Cry.
 

Acoin Refunds for Black Knight Outfits & Packages 

    •  Who is eligible: Adventurers who purchased Acoin in order to purchase the Black Knight outfit or package.  
 

How to Apply

    •  Go to Support → Submit an Inquiry → Payment → Acoin
    • Please follow the format below:  
Inquiry Title: Black Knight (Outfit or Title) Acoin Refund  
Details: Name and amount of purchased products  
Refund Criteria 
- Pearls that were purchased previously will not be eligible for Acoin refund. (Pearls must have been purchased in order to purchase the Black Knight outfit or package.) - After purchasing Acoin to purchase the Black Knight outfit or package, if you purchased a different product with the remaining Pearls and no longer have the purchased product, you will not be eligible for an Acoin refund. 
- As Acoin is used sequentially in the order of purchases, the refund eligibility of each payment will be determined  a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure if you are eligible for a refund, please submit a support inquiry to our Customer Support.  
- Pearl Abyss will handle payment fees that may occur during the refund process.
 
We would to once again apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue. We will do our best to provide a better service in the future.
