The Arena of Arsha - Best-In-Guilds makes a return for 2023!

The 3 vs 3 format makes a return for this year's Best-In-Guilds tournament.
But this time, there will be two separate tournaments - an Invitational Tournament*, and an Open Tournament.
Remember, teamwork is the key to victory!
* Guilds selected to participate in the Invitational will be contacted separately.
Tournament Entry
The Guild Master or Advisor must fill out the following sign-up form.
* Guilds must be 90 days or older at the time of notice release and participants must be on a level 62 or higher normal character.

Eligibility & Rules
- Failure to follow the guidelines and rules below may result in disqualification from the tournament, or loss of a match.
- Guild Masters or Advisors will sign up and note down their guild’s name and team members’ names on the entry form.
- Each guild will be able to enter the Arena of Arsha - Best-In-Guilds with a maximum of 2 teams. In case of duplicate entries, only the latest submission will be counted and entered into the tournament.
- Guilds invited or participating in the Invitational cannot participate in the Open Tournament. (Last Updated 08/25/2023 15:00 UTC)
- Guilds invited to participate in the Invitational may refuse to participate.
- If a guild refuses to participate in the Invitational, they may not participate in the Open Tournament.
- If your guild has placed in the top 8 in the 2022 Best In Guild and 2021 Best In Guild tournament, your guild will be invited to participate in the Invitational Tournament.
- If an alliance is invited to the Invitational, they must enter as an alliance. (Last Updated 08/25/2023 15:00 UTC)
- Guilds that are in an Alliance may also apply to enter the tournament as a single team. The Alliance leader must fill out the signup form. (Note: If an Alliance is fielding a team, a maximum of 2 teams can represent the Alliance and they cannot represent an individual guild of the Alliance.)
- Guilds must be 90 days or older at the time of notice release. To join the tournament as an alliance, no guilds must have joined or left in the past 90 days. Guilds who left an alliance within 90 days at the time of this notice may not enter. (Last Updated 08/30/2023 22:00 UTC)
- Each team may not contain duplicate classes.- The guild name entered into the sign-up form must not violate the [Black Desert Operational Policy].- If there is a discrepancy between your entry form and your actual in-game information, you may be disqualified from participating in the tournament. Please be sure to enter your information correctly.- You must inform the GMs 24 hours prior to the start of your match via Discord if you plan to withdraw from the tournament. If you do not attend every single match of your team, 1,000,000,000 Silver will be retrieved from your Central Market after the end of the tournament.- After the sign-up period is closed your Guild Master will be invited to the Official Black Desert Tournament Discord. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: If guild A (lead guild) and B are in an alliance, can guild B, who is not the alliance lead, enter the tournament?
A: Yes, guild B can enter the tournament.
Q: If my guild joins an alliance right now, can we enter the tournament as an alliance?
A: Guilds may not enter as an alliance if a guild has joined the alliance in the past 90 days prior to this notice. However, one guild from the said alliance who meet the rest of the requirements may enter representing themselves as a guild.
Ex. Guild A and B are in an existing alliance formed more than 90 days ago. Guild C joined the alliance 40 days ago.
Guilds A, B and C will not be able to enter together as an alliance, but guild A, B, and C can enter the tournament. (Last Updated 08/30/2023 22:00 UTC)
Q: Can I join a different guild before entering the tournament?
A: Guild member list will be snap shot at the end of the sign up period. The purpose of this tournament is to show off your strength as a guild, and to represent your guild.
Q: If guild A and B are in an alliance, and guild B enters as a guild and not an alliance, who will receive the rewards at the end?
A: If guild B enters as a guild, only guild B will receive the rewards. In other words, if a guild belonging to an alliance enters as a guild, the entire alliance will not receive rewards.
Q: If my guild joins an alliance right now, can we enter the tournament as an alliance?

Regarding Rewards
- Team rewards will be given to each Adventurer on the team.
- If ChoNation win for a third time, they will receive the Arsha's Blessing title instead.
- If Inertia or End win for a second time, they will receive the Arsha's Acknowledgment title instead.
- The titles Arsha's Proof, Arsha's Acknowledgment, and Arsha's Blessing last for 90 days or permanently, which are given according the above guidelines. Adventurers who are no longer in the guild or join after the start of the tournament will not receive the title. (Last Updated 08/25/2023 15:00 UTC)
- More information regarding when the rewards will be sent will be provided once the tournament ends.
- You can only receive one of the placement rewards. If you place 1st, you will not receive the other placement rewards.
- You must participate in all the matches until the placements are fully decided to receive the rewards.
