World Sight Day is observed annually on the second Thursday of October.
In cooperation with the World Health Organization (WHO),
World Sight Day is observed to raise global awareness about
blindness and vision impairment.
Increased time spent on using smart phones from modern society has become one of the biggest threats to keeping our eyes healthy!
Once you cause damage to your eyes, it’s difficult to restore them to the way they were before, so it’s extremely important to develop a habit to take care of your eyes!
Let’s take a look at some of the habits that can help keep our eyes healthy!

Lift your head and stare off at a distance!
Attention adventurers who spend a lot of time on computers and smartphones!
Staring at a monitor or screen for long periods of time can cause much strain to your eyes.
How about making your own routine such as staring off somewhere afar after finishing activities such as planting crops or when your tent buff runs out?
Simply trying this habit helps relieve fatigue and eases stress on your eyes!

Blink blink! Blink your eyes often!
If you’re enjoying content that requires a lot of focus,
Chances are that the number of times you blink has dropped significantly.
If you don’t blink often enough, your eyes will dry out!
and you may be at risk for dry eye syndrome!
Consciously blinking your eyes frequently prevents dry eyes.

Looking at something that is “Green” relaxes your eyes.
Green gives the least irritation and is the most comfortable color to look at because it doesn’t have much saturation or brightness.
Keep in mind that having something green in your daily environment
