During the event, talk to Dalishain through the '[Event Buff] Heard you're conducting new research?' converstaion and exchange 5 energy to obtain an alchemy buff!

- Alchemy Time -5 sec
* The [Event] Dalishain's Elixir buff is applied immediately upon acquisition.
* If a new buff is obtained while the [Event] Dalishain's Elixir buff is applied, the duration does not stack.
