1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Greetings Adventurers,

 

As of 6:02 (UTC) on June 1 (Tue), the issue with Steam logins where new Adventurers encountered an error message when trying to log in through the launcher has been fixed.

 

New Adventurers on the Steam platform can now properly log in to the launcher.

There is currently an issue with Steam logins where new Adventurers without a Family encounter an error message when trying to log in through the launcher.
