- Event prize shipments will only be possible after we have verified the submitted “Collection and Use of Personal Information Agreement” form and other documents. We will update you once they are ready to ship.

- Your prizes cannot be transferred or ceded to another person. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products of similar financial value.

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.

- If you account is sanctioned for violating the terms of service before the rewards are sent, your winnings will be cancelled and any rewards collected may be recalled.
