Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.
Download the Black Desert Launcher

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Enter the Coupon and right click the letter you receive,

Which will take you to a special place where your special reward is waiting.

 
 
 
 

* You will not be able to participate in the event if you throw away the item acquired with the coupon. If you accidentally delete the item, you can recover it by heading to your inventory, click the trash icon and hit the ‘recovery’ button in your inventory.


Additional Notices

  • NPC Emma Bartali's location may vary depending on your progress in the main questline and/or story. If you cannot find her, please progress further in the main questline or participate in the event with a different character. (Added)
  • If you hand over the letter obtained through the Event quest, you will receive the following buff:
- 20% Item Drop Rate
- 100% Combat EXP
- 50% Skill EXP
- 30% Life EXP
  • After receiving your coupon item, please read the item description carefully.
  • Coupon Item must be used before April 12, 2023 (Wed) before maintenance.
  • Quests can be completed once per family, and do not count towards the progress of Rulupee’s Adventure Log.
  • Quests related to the Coupon Item that were not completed before the April 12, 2023 (Wed) maintenance will be deleted during the maintenance.
  • You will not be able to redeem your coupon after the expiration date, and any items stored in your Web Storage or Mail (B) will also be deleted.
  • Coupon can only be redeemed once per family.
  • Incorrectly entering the wrong coupon code 10 times in a row will prevent you from entering coupon codes for 1 hour.
  • Coupons can be redeemed from the in-game Menu (ESC) → Adventurer Support (F11) → [Use Coupon] menu, and redeemed rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox (B).
