Godr-Ayed Weapons

The "Godr-Ayed Weapons" were added with the introduction of Calpheon Elvia. Godr-Ayed weapons are a different version of the pre-existing Blackstar weapons designed to break down the progression of the TET (IV) to PEN (V) Blackstar journey into smaller steps so that Adventurers can continue to improve.
Godr-Ayed weapons can be enhanced 5 levels, each level will improve its stats. The "Scorching Sun Gemstone" is required to attempt to enhance the weapon. The gemstone can be made with the "Scorching Sun Shard" that drops as loot in Calpheon Elvia.
As the enhancement levels were divided into 5 levels, each attempt will be easier to accomplish than the PEN (V) Blackstar attempt. However, the amount of Silver required to make it into PEN (V) will be similar to attaining a PEN (V) Blackstar.
How to Obtain
In order to obtain a Godr-Ayed Weapon you will need first to have a TET Blackstar Weapon and complete the related quest line starting with "[Godr-Ayed Weapon] Merindora’s Calling". Keep in mind you will also need a "Scorching Sun Crystal" which can be obtained by using Heating (L) on the following materials:- Scorching Sun Shards x10
- Obtained as rare drop from Calpheon Elvia Monster Zones
- These can also be bought on the Central Market
- Magical Shard x30
- Obtained by using Heating on Black Magic Crystals
- Black Stone x100
Once you get Scorching Sun Crystal right-click the item in your inventory and the Reform Gear interface will open to transform your TET Blackstar weapon to a Godr-Ayed weapon.
How to Enhance
You will need "Scorching Sun Gemstone" to enhance your Godr-Ayed Weapons. Follow this recipe to create the item:

Keep in mind the following!
- When failing a Godr-Ayed weapon attempt, the item will only lose 10 durability points.
- Enhancement level won't go down between +0 and DUO.
- When failing a Godr-Ayed weapon attempt, the item will only lose 10 durability points.
- Enhancement level won't go down between +0 and DUO.

Converting PEN Godr-Ayed ⇅ Blackstar
You can swap between PEN Godr-Ayed weapon to Blackstar as many times as you want, but first you will need to create a Scorching Sun Crystal to perform the item reform. Keep in mind, you can only exchange your Godr-Ayed Weapon to Blackstar or vice versa once the weapon has been enhanced to PEN.In order to perform the exchange, talk with the Black Spirit (,) > then select Item Reform
The exchange won't add or change any stats, and it will only affect the glowing color effect of the weapon.
Daily Quests to Obtain Scorching Sun Shard
As mentioned before, Scorching Sun Shards can be obtained as a rare drop from Calpheon Elvia monster zones. However, if luck it's not on your side, you can count on completing daily quests that will grant you Powder of Nightmare. These can be exchanged in Scorching Sun Shard.The following daily quests grant you between 1 and 5 Powder of Nightmare and you will need at least 5 to exchange them for a Scorching Sun Shard.
