The Corvicanus Costume has 11 dye slots yet the majority of the costume (all of the robe and hood) is locked into the default gray color. I purchased this outfit wishing to dye the whole thing only to find that the body was stuck as this color. I contacted support only to be told tough luck despite there being no way to preview dye options prior to purchase. I would have loved to just get my pearls back to pick a different costume but since I am stuck with this one I hope they make it properly dyeable in the future.

They got your money, and you lost.
Dang, glad I saw this. This outfit actually made me want to get a wizard to buy this but if it can't be colored right....I'll skip.
But But But, if someone dyes it white, it will look like something close to a KKK outfit(Minus the feathers, coattails, pointy metal shoes.. basically everything but the pointy hat). Don't you understand we need protection from the possibility of someone getting offended? Do you want a white supremisist guild running around desecriminating on Hashs? Do you want segregation in Heidel? Does this all sound stupid because we're playing a game that is literally built around the "forceful slaughter" of other players and the best jigggly tatas and bootys around? Yes.. Yes it does...Sorry buddy, PA gonna cater to the West Coast woke crowd, not people wanting to dye their pixels in a video game..
i dont understand why they dont allow coloring of metal part of the helm, or just lock out white color from robe options if they are that concerned people gonna roleplay K-K-K lookalikes.
costume is amazing, not being able to dye the robes (and helm part) in personal taste is kinda sad tbh.
Yea its a nice costume, I wanted to do some stuff with it in black and red, but passed over it when I read you couldn't dye it and instantly knew why. Its not a hill I'm gonna die on and quit the game, but found it humorous in the placation of woke and avoidance of any possibility of negative PR..
the entire point they didn't allow this is because people will dye it to look like KKK. it's not them just being paranoid, there are a huge amount of edgy racists at least on NA that would have an absolute field day with being able to dye this white. they could probably figure out a way to block all colors that resemble white but they probably won't ever bother
^see what I mean.. "huge amount of edgy racists at least on NA". Based on what? What some trolling idiots said in /group.. kek " ITS My Truth"
95% of the people who say idiotic things in /group do so for this type of reaction.
BONUS, you can hide this chat, almost like the "racissesssessesess" disappeared.
PA wants to avoid people like this screaming on forums and twitter about how bad PA is "allowing KKK racists to play their game".
This is the exact reason why you won't be able to dye the outfit.
While I can understand PA not wanting people to dye the hood white their decision seems to do more harm than good. The default color is SO drab and it clashes with most color schemes that I could concieve for this set.
Their messaging needs to be far more clear so that people know they are doomed to the rainy gray default before they purchase this costume. ESPECIALLY so if they are just going to tell players to kick rocks if they buy it only to realize the bulk of the costume can't be dyed.
I can't say I'm too keen to buy any more A coin after this whole situation...
