Here are the latest update details for Black Desert Online on March 30, 2022 (Wed). Today’s patch contains 73 updates and is approximately 1.68 GB.

● Pre-creation for the new class, Drakania, is now open.

- You can now pre-create and customize the new class, Drakania.
- You can select either the Mountain of Eternal Winter region or the Ancient Stone Chamber to start your adventure in when you pre-create Drakania.
- The UI from which you can select the region you want to start your adventure in will be displayed when you press the Create Character button on the Character Creation window.
- You'll start your adventure in the Ancient Stone Chamber after maintenance on Apr 6, 2022 when you pre-create a character that is not Drakania.
- With the addition of the new class, you can now increase up to 27 character slots with the Character Slot Expansion Coupon.
※ You will be able to expand up to 28 character slots after a future update. We will announce if we make plans to expand the max number of character slots beyond 28.

● Pre-creation in the new Season Server, "Season: Drakania" is now open.
- Select "Season Character" in the character creation window to pre-create a season character for the "Season: Drakania" server.

● Prime: Black Wave - Adjusted the attack range.
● Prime: Black Wave - Fixed the issue where damage wouldn't be applied in certain situations when leaning your back against a wall.
● Core: Swirling Darkness - Changed so that you cannot reset during Swirling Darkness' cooldown.
● Shadow Eruption - Changed the attack range to match the visual effect.

● Flow: Windstorm - Fixed the issue where the skill add-on for Beastly Wind Slash wouldn't be applied on hits.
● Frenzied Destroyer - Fixed the issue where the Melee AP increase effect wouldn't be applied when having learned Prime: Frenzied Destroyer (I to IV).
● Succession: Weakling Hunt - Fixed the issue where Weakling Hunt's skill add-on wouldn't be applied on hits.
● Seismic Blast - Changed the Skill Guide command to match the actual command.

● Scratch - Changed so that it can not only be used forward but also laterally during airborne motions.
● Scratch - Changed so that it can not only be used forward but also laterally during Tree Climb's motions.

● Black Spirit: Detonative Flow - Fixed the issue where you couldn't combo into backward Lightning Blast nor backward Barrage of Lightning.
● Black Spirit: Thunder Storm - Fixed the issue where you couldn't combo into backward Barrage of Lightning.

● Flow: Grand Bloom - Fixed the issue where the damage of Full Bloom wouldn't be applied properly when resetting the skill after learning.

● Hop - Improved to combo more smoothly into Try This! after using laterally and backward.

● Savage Hack I - Fixed the issue where the cooldown wouldn't be displayed.

● Serpent's Coil - Changed to continue the skill when holding RMB and stop continuing the skill and perform the last attack when releasing RMB.

● Renewed the Voice Chat feature so that you can use it more conveniently.
- You can adjust Voice Chat settings or check out other Adventurers currently participating via the headset and mic icons() on the upper right of the in-game screen.

- You can check the Voice Chat channel you're currently participating in or adjust Sound/Voice Settings from the Voice Chat UI.
- You can check the list of Family names of other Adventurers who have entered the Voice Chat channel you're in from the bottom of the Voice Chat UI and adjust volumes respectively.
- The Family names on the list of other Adventurers will be displayed so that you can see which Adventurer is talking.
- You can switch channels (Guild / Red Battlefield - Valencia Street Battle) or adjust detailed Sound/Voice Settings via the cogwheel-shaped button on the Voice Chat UI.
- You can use the Sticker UI feature on the Voice Chat UI.
- The Family names or character names of other Adventurers in the same Voice Chat channel will momentarily be displayed when they talk when you have Voice Chat on.




● Added the Voice Chat channel, "[Red Battlefield] Valencia City" so that you can voice chat with your team members in Red Battlefield - Valencia City.
- You can freely voice chat with your team members when you enter Red Battlefield - Valencia City without adjusting any settings.

● The 2021 Winter Season has come to a close.
- All season characters that have not been converted will be automatically converted to normal characters.
- Adventurers who have not completed either "[Season Server Graduation] At the Crossroad" or "[Season Server Graduation] Into the Big Wide World" will get Fughar's Letter of Encouragement and Gift Box Full of Memories in their mailbox (B).
* The letter will be deleted at 23: 59 on Apr 29, 2022, so please read it before it gets deleted.
- All season quests that have not been completed have been deleted.
- Tuvala gear of the highest level per slot that hasn't been converted after maintenance on March 30, 2022 (Wed) will automatically be converted.
- Tuvala enhancement materials, Tuvala conversion stones, unconverted Tuvala gear, and other seasonal items will be deleted.
※ Please refer to the [Notice] End of Winter Season for more details regarding Tuvala gear conversion and which items were deleted.
● With the end of the 2021 Winter Season, the season servers have been changed into the NEW Olvia servers.

- The NEW Olvia server (for New Adventurers only) is only available to New Adventurers who are logging in within 30 days (720 hours)
or Returning Adventurers who have not logged in for at least 30 days (720 hours) and have not used the Web Central Market for at least 30 days (720 hours).

● Separated [Valkyrie, Nova] Venslar Gloves from the [Valkyrie, Nova] Venslar Armor.
- Added [Valkyrie, Nova] Venslar Gloves to the outfit boxes that contain the [Valkyrie, Nova] Venslar Armor.
* Adventurers who had the [Valkyrie, Nova] Venslar Armor in their possession will find the [Valkyrie, Nova] Venslar Gloves in their storage in Heidel.
● Increased the amount of Vell's Fine Powder obtainable from the Vell Reward Bundle.
- 2 to 5 → 4 to 10
● Added Alchemy recipes to make Vell's Fine Powder with an Alchemy Tool from your residence. (For Alchemy Professional 1 or higher)

● Added text to the Ancient and regular Blessed Spirit Essence item descriptions that you can use Simple Alchemy (L) to recover the materials used to create said items.
● Changed/improved on the following item descriptions.
- Added "How to Obtain" text: Flower of Oblivion, Royal Fern Root, Mythical Powder, Old Moon Censer Mold, Old Moon Censer, Mythical Censer
- Unified item/buff effect description: Secret Book of Florin, [Event] Giovan Grolin's Support Scroll
- Improved item/buff effect description: Supreme Old Moon Box, [Event] Heartwarming Spring Draught, [Event] Vibrant Peach Flower Draught
- Removed unnecessary text: Immortal: Armor Draught

● Added the following items to the Gyfin Rhasia Temple (Underground) loot table.
　- Shimmering Piece of the Old Moon, Pure Black Stone, Mass of Pure Magic, Pure Forest Breath, Intricately Patterned Mystical Shard, [Guild] Afuaru's Damaged Map Piece, Laila's Petal

● Added a notification which displays the items and Silver you can obtain when selling a Lv. 14 or lower mount or making a Lv. 15 or higher Imperial Horse Delivery.
● Improved the alpaca to now be dismountable by pressing S+R.
- Press R while holding S (S+R) to dismount without needing to use the NPC Interact function.

● Fixed the issue where you could carry out installations of certain structures in restricted areas with the Remote Fort Construction function during Node Wars.

● Red Battlefield: Valencia City - Fixed so that you can no longer climb up to restricted parts of the battlefield where you couldn't be attacked by other Adventurers and could still occupy an area.

● Improved the arrangement of the slots for your awakening weapon and cosmetic items, such as underwear and eye accessories, in your Equipment (I) window.
● Improved so you can now scroll through the Storage UI even from the empty spaces.
● Added banners providing information on pre-creating a season character on the Server Selection UI and the bottom right of the in-game screen.
● Stabilized the security verification system.
● Fixed the issue where the ON/OFF settings for displaying defense icons wouldn't save properly.

● Adjusted the time for World Boss spawning, Node/Conquest Wars, and Tribute Wagons on the EU servers by an hour, due to the start of Daylight Savings.
● Optimized servers in relation to the transfer of wagons.
● Optimized the chat window's UI functionality.

● Changed the Class Reboot forum to Class Discussion forum.
● Changed the link for the "Streaming Partners" button on the Partners support page.
● Changed certain texts on the Partners support page.
● Improved the filtering feature to an alignment feature on the Forums page.
● Improved the layout of the area for notices on the main page of the Black Desert official website.
● Improved the capacity of images on the main page of the Black Desert official website.

● Fixed the issue where the "Saying of the Day" on the Guild (G) window would appear abnormal in certain situations.
● Fixed the issue where you couldn't obtain rewards from defeating World Bosses in certain situations.
● Fixed the issue where the scroll would appear unnatural on the Crafting Notes UI.
● Changed parts of the "[Farming] How to Gather Even More Potatoes" and "[Farming] My Own Little Farm" quests to read more naturally.
● Fixed the issue where [Ruinous] Butcher of Gyfin Rhasia wouldn't move in certain locations or would get stuck in certain objects.
● Fixed the issue where registering favorites on the Central Market would add other categories.

● Fixed the issue where the "HP +1 per hit" effect wouldn't be applied when your character dies while Perilla's Star effects were applied.
● Changed the number of Pearls owned to refresh when purchasing items from the window for purchasing Pearl items displayed on the Manage Skills window at a Stable.
● Changed the information for Skill Selection to not be displayed for mounts that cannot learn the skill.
● Changed to not display abnormal text when opening the Dye window without having taken out your mount.
● Fixed the issue where the Select Guild Ping function wouldn't work properly even when setting hotkeys.
● Fixed the issue where the Item Collection Increase Gauge UI function wouldn't work properly in certain situations.
● Fixed the issue where the cooldown for Dream Diné's skill, Earth of Protection, wouldn't be applied properly in certain situations.
