1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Adventurers, the coupon redemption issue has been resolved as of December 23 at 6:00 UTC. 

If you previously failed to redeem a coupon reward due to this issue, the missing reward will be available in your Web Storage.
