How to Participate

Defeat Black Shrine Party (Hwanghae) Bosses (any difficulty) and upload a video of your boss clear to YouTube and our official Forums for Participation Rewards!

Videos will be scored to determine the winner of the exclusive Heroes of Hwanghae rewards!

Video Guidelines
1. Upload your video to YouTube with the following requirements fulfilled:
YouTube Title Requirement:
- Must include “Boss Name (Difficulty)”
*Example: All My Guildies Hate Deposed Crown Prince (Hard)
YouTube Description Requirement:
- Must include the following hashtags
- #blackshrine #dosa #blackdesert.
Video must be set to "Public" view setting.
2. Follow the format below and post your YouTube video to the Black Desert website’s [Art & Media] - [Event] forum.
Required Post Format:
- Your post must start with [Server][Hwanghae]. (Required)
*Example: [NA][Hwanghae] Uturi’s Beans Belongs to Us
- Make sure your YouTube video's URL is included. (Required)
- Include the Family Names of all party members. (Required)
3. The video uploader must be the in-game Party Leader. The uploader’s submission will be used to verify rewards for the rest of the Adventurers in the party.
4. Teams that wish to clear more than one boss for the event must upload one video containing all the clears.
5. Teams clearing the same boss multiple times for a better time may submit an updated video. The most recent video submission will be reviewed for the event.
6. The boss clear must take place after the maintenance on October 8, 2024 (Tue). Videos of boss clears prior to this date will not be eligible for entry.
7. Your game screen is visible and not excessively cluttered. If our team cannot properly review and confirm the clear (team member names hidden, low quality video, etc.), then the video will not be eligible.
8. Your Family Name and Region must appear in the video at some point. The Family Name can be displayed in-game. The region can be displayed in the server name above the minimap or by opening the server list. If your Family Name and Region does not appear, you may be excluded from the event.
9. The video must start at the "Sun/Moon/Earth" buffs being selected (before starting the boss). Video submissions missing this buff selection will not be eligible.
10. The video must show the entire boss fight uninterrupted until the clear time is displayed.

- Rewards may take up to two weeks to be sent. If you have not received your rewards by the November 7th maintenance, please send a ticket to [Support] or contact a GM/CM on the official Discord.
- The number of likes on the forum posts does not affect the outcome of the winners.

- Please note that videos uploaded for this event may be shared through our Black Desert social media channels.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to the ownership of adaptation rights for all pictures, videos, and all other content submitted for this event. Pearl Abyss may also use these contents at its own discretion for promotional purposes without restrictions to time or location.
- If you are found to have participated in the event inappropriately (using another person’s video, cheating, etc.), you may be disqualified from the event, have any prizes withdrawn, and have your account restricted.
- Due to delivery constraints, the LoML: Seoul Main Bosses Mousepad and LoML: Seoul Main Bosses Poster cannot be shipped to the following countries:
- Albania, French Polynesia, Republic of Kosovo, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Réunion, Russia, South Africa, Ukraine.
