Gathering
Partake in a variety of Gathering activities for a chance to obtain the seal.
(This includes Lumbering, Fluid Collecting, Butchering, Tanning, etc. Exceptions: Water Scooping, Shoveling, and Milking)
Fishing
Fish anywhere you can cast your rod for chance to obtain the seal.
You can even fish them up from auto-fishing, even if you’ve set to discard lower-grade fish!

Accept the weekly quest "[Event] Sweet Gift" from David Finto at the Velia Inn!
Once you defeat the "Gift Box", interact with the cake to finish the quest!
Approaching the cake also grants you an Energy Recovery +1 buff after a short duration for 60 min!
