Greetings Adventurers, 

Today, we're announcing the closure of the NAEU Adventurer Feedback Board. Introduced back in October 2022, the Adventurer Feedback Board served as a platform where our community could see certain feedback that was highlighted by the Black Desert team, with the idea that it would centralize discussions into one hub.

Over time, we've moved a variety of posts and valuable suggestions from our feedback forum to the Adventurer Feedback Board, many of which have been implemented into the game. Looking back, however, we've realized that this setup inadvertently slowed down our direct communication with you, which was not aligned with our mission to actively engage with our community, such as through direct replies on our forums, Discord, in-game interactions, and various community streams. You can say that we simply found that answering forum posts directly proved to be more efficient than routing the posts of select Adventurers to a separate board.

In light of this, we've decided to remove the NAEU Adventurer Feedback Board. We understand some may be disappointed in saying farewell to the board, but despite this change, we remain committed to proactively listening to your ideas and sharing suggestions and changes.

Furthermore, we are continuously monitoring the forums for your feedback [Forums > General Discussion > Feedback] and updating the Adventurer Feedback Roundup whenever a suggestion is implemented into the game. To stay informed about the suggestions that have influenced the game, keep an eye on the [NA/EU Adventurer Feedback Roundup]! We're committed to highlighting the positive impact your feedback has had on Black Desert.
