Loyalties Revamp with a Variety of New Items!

Greetings, Adventurers.
Today, we’d like to share news about the revamped Loyalties Shop, which opens today, Apr 30, 2025.
The existing Loyalties Shop was maintained with items being added or changed over time. However, this system had one issue. For long-time Black Desert adventurers, Loyalties kept building up, while new players found it took long to earn and spend them.
To address this and help more adventurers use their Loyalties, the Loyalties Shop will now run as a “seasonal” shop that refreshes at set intervals.
The first season of the Loyalties Shop will run from Apr 30, 2025, until Dec 31, 2025. During this period, you can collect and spend your Loyalties. When the season ends on Dec 31, any unused Loyalties will be reset and a new season will begin. Future seasons will run every six months.
You might be curious about how to earn Loyalties. There are a total of three ways to acquire Loyalties.
The first way is the same as before: you will receive them every day through the Challenge (Y) when you log in.
With the revamp of the Loyalties Shop, the daily acquisition limit has increased from 200 to 300.
The second method is by obtaining Loyalties included with Pearl Box purchases.
The third way is through in-game events and other special distributions that we are preparing.
With this new Loyalties season system, the product lineup in the Loyalties Shop has also been renewed. Taking regular resets into account, we've focused on offering more practical items. To give a few examples, we've added progression support items like Patrigio's Pocket Watch, which was previously only obtainable through Seasons, to help new adventurers.
We've also prepared meaningful products for veteran adventurers, such as Choose Your Resplendent Worker's Lodging Box and Choose Your Resplendent Stable Box. While these items can be obtained through other routes, their purchase is limited per Family. By purchasing them from the Loyalties Shop, you can save some Contribution Points for other uses.
Additionally, frequent Pearl Shop users can now purchase select items, like the Premium Outfit Box, with Loyalties. On top of that, you’ll also find other valuable items for all adventurers, as well as the return of some popular Loyalties products.
The seasonal Loyalties Shop is a first of its kind, so we’ve put a lot of thought into making it meaningful and fun for new, returning, and veteran adventurers alike without being excessive. We’ll continue improving the system so Loyalties can be used even more effectively in the future. We appreciate your continued interest and support.
