• Improved so that you can now have up to 10,000 notes per sheet in the Music Album.
  • Also expanded the number of bars you can have in a sheet.

Previously, attempting to reform a weapon with an item like "Garmoth's Heart" or extract a cup from an upgraded accessory wouldn't apply the same changes to its copied counterpart - the copied weapon wouldn't be reformed like its original, and the extracted accessory's copy would be removed entirely. With today's update, the reformed/upgraded status of a piece of gear will also be applied to its copy, and extracted gear will no longer see its copy disappear. We hope this will reduce the inconvenience of having to making additional copies for our adventurers.

• Improved Item Copy so reforming/upgrading or extracting the original piece of gear will directly mirror the new changes to its copied counterpart.
  • Reforming/upgrading the original piece of gear will now make the copied piece of gear also become reformed/upgraded.
  • Extracting from the original piece of gear will no longer delete the copied piece of gear but also apply its extracted status.

To improve on the exchange process for Godr-Ayed and Blackstar weapons, we're changing it so the copied/branded state of weapons remain intact even after an exchange. Also, we're changing the very process itself from an exchange quest into an upgrading format. In other words, you will now be upgrading the weapon from Godr-ayed to Blackstar (and vice versa). The required items for said exchanges remain same as before.

• Changed the Blackstar ↔ Godr-Ayed weapon exchange process from quest to upgrade format.
  • Instead of handing in the Scorching Sun Crystal through a quest, you will now use the same item to upgrade your weapon.
  • The upgrade format by using the Scorching Sun Crystal is as follows.

• Improved the Blackstar ↔ Godr-Ayed weapon upgrade format to now preserve the copied/branded state of upgraded gear.
  • The previous exchange quests can no longer be accepted.
    • If you've handed in any weapons for the exchange quest but have yet to complete it, said weapons can be found in your storage in Heidel.

We've improved on daily Sailing quests such as those which involve the usage of your ship cannons to now register cannon kills made from greater distances for said quest objectives.

• Improved Great Ocean monster quests to now register monster kills made from greater distances.

Now when you complete the Mediah main quest "Apocalyptic Prophecy," you will see a Crossroads quest selection window pop up. If you wish to continue with the traditional storyline and take on a somewhat easier approach, you can choose the main questline of Valencia. If you wish to brave a more difficult and unique journey which will also unlock storage access to all regions and a piece of PEN (V) boss gear, you will be able to choose the Magnus main questline as well.

• Improved the main quest experience by adding a Crossroads quest UI window to appear upon completing the Mediah main quest Apocalyptic Prophecy which offers the choice of continuing on with either the Valencia or the Magnus main questlines.
  • This Crossroads quest UI will only display if you have not completed both Valencia and the Magnus questlines.

• Removed 29 knowledge entries following the simplification update.

• Removed the below quests following the removal of simplified items and their knowledge entries.
  • Records Lost - Black Stone (Armor)
  • Records Lost - Concentrated Magical Black Stone (Armor)

• Changed the completion requirements for the quest "[Manor] [Daily] For Future Musicians" as below:

• • Dew of Tranquil Forest can be obtained at a set probability from monsters in Polly's Forest and Fadus Habitat in Kamasylvia.

• Changed some challenge names and completion objectives in the [Summer Season] Season Pass as below:

• • Adjusted names and level requirements of the Leveling Up, One Step at a Time! pass following the challenge name change.

• Changed the quest requirement for "[Season Quest] Day 30, The Mighty Moghulis", as below:

• Changed the quest name to "[Season Quest] Day 30, The Mighty Foe" following the above requirement change.

• Moved Darirong the Byukgye Island Wharf Manager and Gurong the Haemo Island Wharf Manager to a new spot to assist adventurers disembarking from ships.
• Changed the collection location of ships on Byukgye Island.
• Ludowig, Liana, and Dalishain have gathered at the Dalbeol apothecary in the Land of the Morning Light.

In the April 3 update announcement, we notified our adventurers that the old menu will soon be unavailable for use. However, many adventurers who were still using the old menu gave us feedback regarding this news. In light of this, we've decided to enhance the use of the old menu, even though it may take some time, instead of removing it so that those who use it can continue to do so. We thank all adventurers who gave us feedback to change our minds.

We've received feedback that the message you receive when you collect Silver from Black Desert+ app's Central Market for sold items without the Value Pack benefits applied was unclear, which caused some confusion. So, we've improved the message to be more intuitive and made it easier to check whether you have the Value Pack applied or not.

• [Ninja] Fixed the appearance of the Campus Blossom outfit to be more natural.            
• Fixed the issue where the appearance of a certain Shai NPC in Calpheon City was unnatural.            
• [Lahn] Fixed the issue where wearing Rabbit Underwear and Shell Belle Armor (Wipeout) together caused some parts to appear unnatural.            
• Fixed the issue where the client became unstable when mounts disappeared.            
• Fixed the following issues for the Gamepad UI.

  • Fixed the issue where the current location of the selected region in the Lightstone Exchange UI was unclear.            
• Fixed the issue where the quest type activation was reset when you entered Abyss One: The Magnus.            
• [Corsair] Fixed the issue where the appearance of the socks was unnatural while equipped with the Academia Outfit when worn with shoes from different outfit sets.            
• [Female Classes] Fixed the issue where Roselyn Helmet's appearance was unnatural depending on hair length.            
• [Maehwa, Dark Knight] Fixed the issue where Roselyn Armor was unnatural when worn with shoes from different outfit sets.
