One of the key materials required to craft the special PEN (V) accessory. You can obtain this item as a reward for completing quests offered by the NPC Jetina. Once you’ve obtained the Burning Moonlight Black Stone Powder, you’ll need to process it with other materials to obtain the Burning Moonlight Black Stone, which is an important item needed to enhance your accessory!
