- Not including the [Region][GLT Uniform] (Name of Team) in the title of your forum post submission may result to exclusion from the event and rewards.
- Not providing the Family Name Info of all team members included in the screenshot image may result to exclusion from the event and rewards.
- A maximum of 13 members are allowed to be included for a single submission. Exceeding 13 members may result to exclusion from the event and rewards. 
- Submissions from multiple guild members from the same guild are allowed. However, the uniform and screenshot must be different.  
- The uniform must have some sort of customization to the original outfit (Color Dye, Outfit Mix & Match, etc) 
- All team members included in the screenshot submission must wear the Guild League Team Uniform outfit.
- If a specific outfit from the uniform is unavailable for certain classes, another similar outfit may be used as substitution. 
- Pearl Abyss may use secondary works such as images, screenshots and videos submitted by users for the event for promotional purposes without time or regional restrictions, and they may be introduced through the official Black Desert website or SNS channels.
- The announcement for the award will be made within 3 weeks after the event period on the official website. However, the announcement schedule may be changed due to internal circumstances.
- Unspecified quantities in rewards default to one item. 

- Event details and duration are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page without separate notices. 

- Event items may be restricted in trade, sale, and usage, with varying binding settings per item. Transfer or recovery of these items is not possible. 

- For details on item binding, refer to the in-game item descriptions.  

- Items or rewards, once used, cannot be recovered. 

- If you are found to have participated in the event inappropriately (using another person’s work, using artificial intelligence, etc.), you may be disqualified from the event, have any prizes withdrawn, and have your account restricted even after the winners' announcement.
