Imperial Crafting Delivery
The aforementioned processing methods (hotkey: L) are used to pack certain items. The Imperial cuisine function is used to pack dishes, and the imperial alchemy one is used to pack elixirs. You can then sell these packaged goods to an Imperial Crafting Delivery NPC and earn silver.
Instead of selling fish or horses, in this modality of imperial delivery Adventurers sell packed dishes and elixirs to the NPCs that manage deliveries for the imperial court for 250% of their market price.
Although you can always sell dishes and elixirs to other Adventurers in the Central Market, the market’s highly competitive nature, or the item price limits, can make it difficult for some Adventurers to sell their goods there.
You can have a steady, stable income from selling through imperial crafting delivery as long as you prepare accordingly beforehand.
You can find the Imperial Crafting Delivery NPCs in each of the main towns.
It’s a good idea to have your packed items, or the items that need to be packaged, in a town’s storage that is close to an Imperial Crafting Delivery NPC.
You need to pack your items, be them dishes or elixirs, before you can sell them to the imperial crafting delivery managers.
As said at the beginning of the page, you can use the processing imperial cuisine function to pack dishes into cooking boxes, and the imperial alchemy one to pack elixirs into alchemy boxes. These two functions will convert the initial items into tradable goods that can only be sold to an imperial crafting delivery manager.
Please refer to the example below:
Cook or purchase x18 pickled vegetables → Process them with the imperial cuisine processing option to package them → The dishes are converted into a single professional’s cooking box → Sell this cooking box to an Imperial Craft Delivery NPC for profit.
➤ You can read more about the cooking and alchemy life skills in the [Cooking] and [Alchemy] pages.
Requirements & Restrictions
There are a few more things you should know about this trading feature before you delve into it yourself. There is a limit on the number of items an Imperial Crafting Delivery NPC can purchase from you every day. This is established by an Adventurer’s family, and does not affect the ability of other Adventurers to sell boxes to the same NPCs.
The amount of boxes, counting both cooking and alchemy ones, a family can sell to these managers is determined by dividing the family’s contribution points by 2. For example, a total of 100 boxes can be sold daily if an Adventurer has 200 contribution points.
➤ You can read more about contribution points in the [Contribution] page.
As a result, if you want to participate and sell your boxes, remember to do it before the daily reset.
If midnight (server time) has passed, and you see the daily delivery quantity remains at 0, please relog your character (go to the character selection and enter again), or change server.
Your cooking and alchemy life skill levels must be appropriate in order to pack dishes and elixirs into certain box types.
For example, you can prepare a meat stew at the cooking level of beginner 1. However, your cooking level must be professional 1 or higher in order to convert meat stew into a professional’s cooking box.
If your cooking and alchemy levels are below the required for the cooking boxes you want to prepare, you will need to level up the life skills before you can proceed to sell the dishes & elixirs this way.
Faster Packaging
If you find yourself tired of constantly having to pack boxes one by one, worry not!The Imperial Crafting Delivery NPCs, upon chatting with them, will redirect you to Carolin, in Heidel, who has a special quest for you. Upon completion of this quest, one for cooking and another for alchemy, you will be able to package these boxes 10 times quicker than before thanks to the use of heavy duty packaging cords, obtained from any Old Moon manager in a main town.
Rewards
Aside from the silver profit you will obtain from selling the boxes, you can acquire certain golden seals given by the imperial crafting delivery managers every time you sell them a box. You can then exchange these seals for a variety of items.
The following items can be exchanged in the Manage Currency UI (The top icons next to the minimap)
